Randstad Professionals is specialized in the recruitment of middle and senior management profiles.Our client is a reference company that works in cosmetics industry. Due to its growth they are seeking to recruit a Regulatory Affairs Manager (m/f) to porto area.
Competências:
Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of a similar role experience.
- US regulatory experience recommended with track record of regulatory accomplishments;
- Thorough understanding of cosmetics development process and global regulatory requirements;
- Up to date knowledge of UE and US regulatory environment; understanding of regulations within which the organization operates and awareness of the subtleties of regulations worldwide;
- Integrates functional expertise with business knowledge to solve problems;
- Proactively shares expertise with other areas of the company to impact their business issues;
- Builds a work environment that promotes innovation and risk taking;
- Motivates staff and others to challenge the status quo and look for opportunities to innovate;
- Plans and executes changes with agility;
- Demonstrated ability to make compelling scientific and/or strategic arguments;
- Ability to read, interpret and disseminate regulatory guidance to ensure regulatory compliance;
- Proactive maintenance of budget by prioritization and good decision making;
- Track record of leadership.
Principais responsabilidades
Responsibilities:- Recruit, manage and retain talented and skilled regulatory staff;
- Ensures regulatory resources are provided for early and late stage development, in order to guarantee products compliance worldwide;
- Develops high performance product formulations to meet product development requirements;
- Proactively manage critical issues, taking leadership to ensure regulatory compliance;
- Responsible for developing credible and trustful relationships internally and externally, with multiple providers and authorities.
