  • -University degree
  • -Previous experience in Procurement
  • -SSC/GBS experience is an advantage
  • -Ability to develop, motivate and lead diverse teams and managing workload efficiently across resources
  • -Full proficiency with Microsoft applications
  • -Knowledge of ERP systems
  • -English (Mandatory)
  • -Willingness to travel


-The Purchase Order Management Team Lead will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies and related tactical plans to source the materials and services in the scope and secure supply.

-Oversee a team of Purchase Order Management Assistants.
-Support the identification of opportunities for portfolio optimization
-Collaborate with local buyers and sourcing support teams to identify alternative suppliers
-Cost Optimization and Business Planning
-Develop cost reduction projects
-Provide price forecast and market trends for key commodities and services
