We are looking for a Project Manager to join highly complex strategic projects within a banking sector organization, with strong impact on technological transformation and modernization. Key responsibilities Manage strategic projects focusing on legacy systems migration and technology obsolescence management Ensure delivery of complex projects within deadlines and quality standards Manage and engage with senior stakeholders Support decision-making in demanding and multifaceted environments Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and practices Profile Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management Experience in legacy system migration and technology obsolescence projects Experience in large organizations, preferably within the financial sector Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical, proactive and results-oriented mindset Fluency in English and French (mandatory) Conditions Hybrid working model with on-site presence Location: Porto Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Base salary aligned with professional experience Fixed-term outsourcing contractInitial project of 6 months, renewable Meal allowance: €8.60/day
