Our client is a multinational company with an expanding Excellence Shared Service Centre in Porto.

Descrição

Support the development and on-going maintenance of the Finance Transformation Roadmap;
Support the portfolio management for prioritisation, risk and issue management, Execution to Schedule and Value Realization;
Support with the preparation of the Portfolio Reporting for the Executive Steering Committee and others as required;
Ensure the Project Standards and Tools are embedded;
Support the management and compilations of Project related financial and KPI information;
Monitor project cost and work with PMO, Program Manager and other stakeholders to ensure finances are well managed, identify opportunity for savings;
Track & maintain resource capacity planning across the Project;
Update & maintain the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log and Issue Register (RAID);
Maintain cross Project dependencies, assign tasks to responsible parties;
Supports with the coordination of the project sign off and closure to distil good practice and ensure lessons learned are logged;
Help to build positive relations and cohesion with the PMO and other finance teams including the regional implementation team;
Embed project control & Governance;
Support with the preparation of regular status reporting to all levels of business;
Ensure efficient change control methods and processes are utilised;
Schedule and organise meetings/events and maintain the agenda;
Prepare ad hoc reports and paperwork to support the PMO;
Keep updated records and create ad hoc reports/proposals.

Perfil desejado

Proven experience as Project Manager or relevant position essential;
Knowledge of Project management and development procedures;
PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent qualified in similar project management methodologies, advantageous;
Six Sigma and/or Lean Certification, advantageous;
Experience with Oracle ERP, highly desirable;
Experience working on Financial Transformation Projects, beneficial;
Knowledge of Freight Forwarding industry advantageous;
Advanced knowledge of ERP finance applications, Oracle Financials (R12) and HFM would be highly beneficial;
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Project skills are a must;
Strong written and oral communication in English (other languages; German, French, Mandarin, Portuguese, a plus).
