Randstad Human Resources selects for a prestigious client company in Vila do Conde, Product Specialist E-Commerce (M/F).Principal Responsabilities:
- Email support to clients and Managing returns/exchanges
- Manage and improve marketing/product information content on the website;
- Manage and track logistics, orders, payments, returns and exchanges;
- Ensuring orders go through/processing invoices.
Direct contract with the client and career opportunities.
Competências:
Skills:- Knowledge in Content Management Systems or other Webshop software for more than two years;
- Good knowledge of Office and Primavera;
- Managing digital product content;
- Proven knowledge in this field;
- Fluent English;
- Good understanding of Product specifications;
- Highly communicative and enjoys navigating a diverse organization;
- Self-motivated, highly flexible and takes initiative to get things done.
