For their Shared Service Center they are looking for a Procurement team member with the following responsibilities:
- Research potential vendors;
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers;
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing;
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery;
- Review quality of purchased products;
- Enter order details into internal databases;
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices;
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
Profile:
- BcS or MSc degree in Management (preferential);
- Proven work experience as a Procurement team member;
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors);
- Experience with purchasing software;
- Understanding of supply chain procedures;
- Proficiency in French Level C 1 minimum (mandatory);
- Proficiency in English Level B 2 minimum (mandatory);
- Organizational and communicational skills;
- Proactivity;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (mandatory);
- Previous experience in a Shared Service Center (preferential).
