Randstad Professionals is specialized in recruitment middle and top positions.Our client is a multinational company and is looking for a Procurement Specialist - Mandarin Speaker (m/f)
Competências:
- Master or bachelors degree in engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent;- Experience in energy and O&M sectors (preferable);
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing and logistics (preferably in the energy sector);
- Used to work with international, multi-cultural teams, in multiple times zones;
- Knowledge to implement Strategic Sourcing Methodologies;
- Excellent MS Office domain;
- Mandarin/Chinese as mother tongue;
- Fluent in English as working language (French and Portuguese as a plus);
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Methodic and ability to make decisions.
Principais responsabilidades
This professional will be responsible for handle requests for information, quotations, proposals and bidding processes; analyse market and potential vendors, especially from Asian sourcing; evaluate current and potential suppliers in coordination with QSE Department, providing the teams all details; provide to Construction, COE and ETD BLs the necessaryinformation on the market trends; setup a database of storage, PV and Wind suppliers eager to bring competitiveness for the company; proving COE software trials and rollouts; analyse, understand and anticipate project needs; implement plans to assure orders meet specified quality and delivery times and to minimize the total cost of purchases, budget, negotiation and cost control; documents performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects; negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost
objectives; drive the qualification process in coordination with QSE
Department; work with Project Management Director and/ or Project Managers to guarantee supply for all portfolios; identify opportunities and implement actions to achieve efficiencies.
