Kelly Services recruits Clients Support (m/f), with fluency in French and English, for enterprise situated in Porto
The candidates will be responsible for providing the best possible customer service, by answering customer's queries and by an accurate follow up. This means that you should be able to create and ensure a fruitful relationship with customers.
Profile:
•Excellent fluency in written and spoken French and English (eliminatory).
•Experience in account management and/or customer care (preferential);
•Excellent communication skills;
•Proactive and autonomous;
•Team player and willing to join a multicultural workplace;
•Organized, able to multitask and to face successive changes;
•Strong problem solving ability;
•Data and results driven;
•Empathic, critical thinker and creative;
Availability and interest for a Full Time job (8 hours per day) with rotary shifts between 8am and 11pm, including weekends.
