We are looking for a P2P Senior Team Lead fluent in French and with good knowledge of English. Your missions : ?Building, managing and motivating a team of 10 - 15 direct reports. Supporting development and career progression of team members Defining and monitoring clear performance targets Ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded Managing complex and escalated cases from team members Overseeing workload management and distribution Identifying and implementing tactical performance improvements Supporting employee onboarding and training Conducting regular performance reviews and administering employee rewards Developing and documenting procedures and processes Deputise for the department manager where required. Month-end close for P2P Subledger and related reconciliations; Payments management, Monitoring audits; Vendor requests/escalations & Inquiries; Maintain supplier relationship. P2P projects related with Continuous improvement, Processes automation or Invoice Processing transformation Your profile : Strong command of verbal and written English - Fluent French both verbal and written is mandatory. 3-5 years’ experience in P2P function 1+ year experience in managing people as a minimum. Accounting qualification, SAP exposure and good IT skills would be a plus. Pro-active, responsive and action orientated. Ability to work in a constantly changing process environment. Strong people development & coaching skills Ability to work with & influence all stakeholders Ability to understand business policies and procedures as they impact on the job role and business activity Ability to plan, manage & prioritise own and others workload.
