For their business center, based in Porto, we are looking for an Order to Cash officer either fluent in Dutch or fluent in French.
The O2C (order to cash) cycle is important for businesses to optimize in order to maintain smooth operations. Activities within O2C can impact supply chain management, inventory management and required labor.
As an Order to Cash officer you will be responsible for:
-Credit Assessment
-Customer Master Data Management
-Invoice creation and accounting
-Collet and apply cash
-Distribute Management Level 1
-Aged debt processing
-Bank reconciliation
-Credit check
-Generate credit notes
Profile:
-Relevant Degree such as Finance & Accounting, Economics, Business Finance, Management, Business Management & Administration or experience in technical accounting processes, preferably in Shared Services environment (mandatory).
-Proficiency in English Level B2 minimum (mandatory) + Dutch or French;
-Organizational and communicational skills;
-Proactivity;
-Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (mandatory);
-Good knowledge of O2C processes acquired in an international company.
