Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts – 40 hours/week
Job Description:
Join one of the fastest-growing international teams supporting TikTok, CapCut, and other technology platforms. We are hiring for different roles, including Content Moderation, Customer Service, and Technical Support.
Functions (depending on role):
Content Moderation: Review and moderate videos, text, and other user-generated content.
Customer Service: Provide support to users regarding devices, platforms, or account-related questions.
Technical Support: Help resolve technical issues related to digital services or gadgets, ensure platform safety, customer satisfaction, and compliance with internal guidelines.
Profile:
Fluent in French, German, Dutch, Italian or Russian (level C2)
Good English communication skills (minimum B2)
Resilience and attention to detail, especially for moderation roles
Strong communication and empathy
Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
Legal right to work in Portugal (EU nationality or valid residence permit – "Expression of Interest" is accepted
What We Offer:
• Base salary (paid over 14 months):
• Dutch / German speakers: €1,100/month
• French, Italian and Russian speakers: €1,000/month
• Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day
• Performance bonus: up to €100/month (depending on role)
• Paid initial training
• 22 days of paid vacation + Portuguese public holidays
• Modern office in central Porto + international team environment
