Competências:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, IT or similar;- Experience in management of development teams;
- Work closely with the key business customers, stakeholders, external partners and all groups within the Technology;
- Lead, inspire, motivate and line manage a multi-discipline software development team;
- Manage the review of product requirements within the team and provide feedback to product owners and other change originators;
- Continuous improvement of processes through automation of common procedures, and implementation of standards, processes and checklists;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Fluency in English.
Principais responsabilidades
This role will be Responsible for managing a development team, with the challenge of maintain and develop new features for Web and Mobile code bases, regular team follow-up through one-to-one sessions, performance reviews and conduct scrum ceremonies. It also makes part of the role the delivery management of offshore teams, design strategies, handle team's capacity and allocation, forecast deliveries, keep good relationship and communication with several interfaces and actively participate on hiring processes.Oferta
