Form a deep understanding of the business and customer domain and strategic product roadmapsPartner with Product Managers, Architects and Software Engineering teams to identify requirements and contribute to solution vision and strategyCreate, refine, prioritise, and maintain the backlog of work for their teamsSupport the development teams throughout the whole development lifecycle, answering questions, attending ceremonies and participating in test design and user acceptance testingMeet with stakeholders in other teams as needed to ensure the effective delivery of end-to-end solutions, for example, to organise cross-platform integration testing and align deploymentsCreate and maintain product documentation for users and other developersContinually build your own expertise and share your learnings with others through brown-bag sessions and presentations etc.Provide accurate, clear, and concise reports as needed by senior stakeholdersIdentify opportunities for improvement across any aspect of the value delivery chain and within Technical Product Ownership discipline in particularLead and manage a small team of Technical Product Owners, providing the support for them to flourish

Perfil desejado

Experience as business analyst, project manager, product owner or other equivalent role in software developmentExperience of working collaboratively with multiple agile development teamsExperience delivering products from concept to launchStrong Business Analysis skills and the ability to extract non-functional requirements from overall business objectivesCombination of product strategy understanding together with project management skills and an ability to understand the technical system to which the requirements relateAbility to plan, schedule and monitor own work in a systematic and analytical manner within a limited time horizonDesirable SkillsTraining, certification and/or extensive reading in SAFe & Lean-Agile development practicesExperience working with remote teams across multiple countriesExperience documenting and communicating complex system requirements and flows using tools such as Visio, Lean IX etc.Previous line management responsibilitiesExperience or deep understanding of the market research fieldAbility to analyse complex data sets and find the answers within - for example advanced Excel use, Power BI, SQL querying and App Insights
