What we are looking for:Experience in the field of Shipping (essential)
Good knowledge of MSOffice & CRM, as well as the use of analytical platforms and tools;
Excellent communication and argumentation skills;
Orientation towards achieving customer satisfaction objectives;
Strong ability to empathize and connect with customers, with a commitment to providing a high level of service and follow-up within the parameters of the business;
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure;
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Job description:
Report on results and implementation of strategies at local level;
Manage space and equipment forecasts with global/regional clients;
Manage and maintain the client portfolio, focusing on repeat business and ensuring compliance with global and/or regional targets;
Identify and attract new business and/or customers, as well as negotiate, prepare, present and close business proposals in line with the company's strategy;
Collect and update data in the company's business platforms;
Analyse local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities;
Be active in the market and in interactions with customers, focusing on understanding their needs and highlighting the value of our service.
Proactively manage day-to-day tasks aimed at the continuous improvement of the sales department.
Support customer credit negotiations in collaboration with the rest of the team and the finance department;
