We are looking for people with a passion for tourism and a multicultural attitude, fluent in Italian and English to provide support for the Italian market. You'll be responsible to help those customers have the best possible travel experiencecompetências
Italian native or fluent speaker (mandatory);English fluent speaker;
High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
Available to work full-time and with rotating schedules;
Excellent customer care skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and telephone manner.
