We are currently looking for a It Specialist (m/f).Main responsibilities:
- Understanding of business and operation and act as a local IT business partner in the terminal in line with the IT standards and support model set by HQ IT Dept.
- Responsible from a wide range of IT systems;
- Keeping inventories, managing assets, warranty periods, maintenance contracts and report their status periodically;
- Providing day to day support, review of tickets and requests coming from the users and alarms generated by the systems.

Competências:
- Bachelor degree in technology field ( Computer, Electronics and Communication etc.);- Min 2-3 years of hands on experience in terms of IT system implementation and support;
- Understanding of network services WAN LAN Wi-Fi indoor / outdoor cabling;
- Understanding of servers storage systems and virtualization;
- Experience of end user computers PC / Laptop / Printers / Mobile devices;
- Experience of Microsoft Office & Operating systems;
- Understanding of basic system security, access controls, vpn, firewalls, antiviruses etc;
- Strong communication skills both in verbal and written;
- Team player;
- Fluent in English;
