responsabilidades
1. Manage IT 2nd line support and relationship in European region2. delivering agreed SLA's to the business
3. Working together with Business Partners to understand plants/clusters/divisioal needs
4.Working as sites coordinator for IT operational issues that impact daily operations
5. Develop and coach local teams
6. Responsible for implementation of global process accros the plants
7. Responsible for license managment on the local level
8. Manage and deliver IT budget related to the related sites
