Kelly Services is recruiting Help Desk -  Support - English speakers (m/f) for a  new enterprise situated in Porto.

Are you looking for a stable and good working professional environment? Are you fascinated in IT and Software business and have experience in Help Desk? Then we have the right job for you!

You will be allocated to a help desk operation and your main task will be first line technical support, handling of incidents by phone and chat. 


Profile: 
- University frequency in the IT area or equivalent relevant topics ;
- Native or fluent in French (mandatory);
- Good skills in English 
- 1 year experience in technical support or similar functions (mandatory);
- Customer orientation; 
- Ability to manage conflicts.
