The Kelly Services Human Resources team is looking for a Recruiter (M/F) to integrate our Porto team.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring of recruitment and selection processes from A to Z
- Identification and management of candidates
- Profile analysis and diagnosis (candidate sourcing, curriculum screening, appointment and interview)
- Support to the administrative component of HR
- Customer monitoring and management
Ideally this person will have
- Higher Education
- At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment & Selection (preferential factor)
- Good knowledge of English (mandatory)
- Communication and innovation skills
- Responsible, organized and focused on meeting goals
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and learning context
- Critical spirit and teamwork
