Randstad Professionals is recruiting an HR International Mobility Manager for direct integration into a client based in Maia - Porto.Our client is a reference company in the sector in which it operates that intends to strengthen its International Mobility Team. This team works globally in a shared service center.
This team manages all HR processes related to the internal mobility of employees between the countries in which the company operates.

As HR International Mobility Manager you will manage all aspects around company's Mobility Operations, within the framework of HR Services, providing excellent services and business competence regarding all Mobility related processes. This manager will not manage a team, but will manage the processes of mobility, developing and implementing the best practices. Main responsibilities:Be the main point of contact for an employee going on an international assignment, for any matters relating to his/her international move;
Monitor daily the international mobility/relocation requests and related areas service delivery;
Act as first escalation level and solve issues as quickly as possible, including root cause analysis and process improvement based on findings;
Provide consultancy services and service excellence to the HR community regarding general and more complex issues about the mobility processes;
Perform within the HR Services team for all defined processes which are related to all new hire actions, including mobility topics on a regional or global level, as well as supporting employees with their mobility benefits throughout the mobility package life cycle;
Create all kinds of HR documents along the employee life cycle such as employment contractual packages, including mobility attachments, according to defined processes and standards;
Prepare offer packages for world-wide relocation and immigration support of new hires and transfers;
Ensure correct execution of laws and regulations with regards to specific employee master data and organizational data according to defined procedures;
Replicate best practices across countries within the team and ensure that process documentation is continuously updated;
Ensure that the projects and processes are delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures along with all legislative compliance requirements;
Develop and implement best practices, monitor and improve key performance
indicators (KPI's) and SLA metrics;
Maintain effective internal controls and proactively work to identify and implement efficiency improvement.

What you'll need:University degree in HR, Business Administration or similar;
5+ years of overall work experience in HR Operations/Services;
Previous experience in Mobility/Relocation area and solid knowledge in HR topics such as: Immigration, International Mobility, HR Administration (hiring, international taxation, compensation and benefits, mobility);
Good understanding of legal regulations for several European countries;
Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
Strong knowledge of MS-Office applications;
Experience with SAP and good knowledge of HR Systems like, development
tools, performance tools, etc.
