Competências:
- Degree in Social Sciences, Engineering, Finance, Management, or other;- Interested in shaping the world of work;
- Organization and communication skills;
- Ability to work under deadlines and to respect priorities;
- Capacity to work for projects;
- Excellent team spirit, energy and ambition;
- Good knowledge of English.
Principais responsabilidades
A Randstad Professionals Consultant is responsible for developing recruitment processes for middle & top management profiles and developing a strong knowledge in this area of expertise. This includes new clients’ prospection, understanding clients' needs and be a partner in advising on the best solutions, profile definition and search and selection of the best candidates and the reporting of candidates to clients and follow up.Oferta
