Our client is a multinational leader in the sector of activity in which it operates. Taking into account its growth, it seeks to identify:HR Administrator (m/f)
Porto
This professional will be responsible for:
- General Operations: Organize and maintain all relevant documents; Create and maintain digital databases for employee data and activities; Support in HR projects and initiatives as needed; Act as first line of contact for related queries; Produce reports on ongoing initiatives and metrics
- Employer Branding: Supporting in Meet-ups and Hiring events; Contact with conference organizers and event partners; Assist in the logistics of Hostelworld’s attendance at Employer Branding events; Source, budget and procure Employer Branding materials as needed; Support the development of internship processes.
Induction: Support the delivery of the onboarding process end-to-end; Process contracts with new starters; Source and arrange new-starter welcome kits; Enter new starter data on HRIS tools; Organize for Medical Appointments, Mealcards, and Health-insurance; Schedule and collect probation reviews and onboarding surveys.
- Training: Source for training providers and recommend costed options; Monitor training hours delivered to the Porto Team
- Payroll: Collect and organize employee data for payroll processing; Support in payroll calculations
- Benefits & Social Responsibility: Support in new partnerships, benefits, and internal recognition initiatives; Contact with local entities to organize Social Responsibility initiatives
- Office Management: Ensure Health & Safety measures are up-to-date and compliant with good practices; Together with the Office Assistant drive improvement of the work experience
Profile:
- 2 years of experience in generalist administrative HR procedures
- Experience with HRIS
- Knowledge of Portuguese Labor Legislation
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Sharpness in anticipating and addressing colleagues’ needs
- Willingness to learn and seek development in HR
- Strong sense of autonomy and pro-activeness
- Focus on the details of each task
- Eagerness to improve processes and propose new ideas
- Great social and communication skills
- Written and verbal fluency in English and Portuguese
