| Kelly Services is currently recruiting French Speakers (m/f), for a company that offers customized solutions in the field of customer communication for companies in various sectors, including telecommunications, tourism and fashion. At the moment we are hiring Hospitality Customers Advisors (m/f), to act as a customer support by telephone and email, regarding issues related to: cancellation of the reservations; re-booking of the reservations; special requests (ex: extra bed in the room); confirmation of the reservations and claims. Profile: -Native or fluency in French and English (mandatory); -Previous experience in similar functions (preferential); -Excellent communication skills; -Analytical thinking and organization; -Resistance to stress; -Strong customer orientation and results driven.
