Your Role
As part of the team, you will:
Prepare and validate customs documentation based on shipment data
Ensure accuracy and compliance with all customs requirements
Communicate via email with clients to resolve missing or unclear information
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where precision matters
What We’re Looking For
German (B2) + English (B2)
Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
Customer-focused mindset and excellent written communication
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools
What You’ll Get
Salary: 1290€
Meal Allowance: 10.46€/day
Schedules (Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat):
• 07:00 – 16:00
• 09:00 – 18:00
• 14:00 – 23:00
