Randstad Professional is hiring a professional with consolidated experience in the accounting area, for a reputable client, based in Porto.competências
- Academic accounting degree (or similar) or professional qualification
- 2-5 years of working experience in accounting/finance area.
- The experience should be in multinational, ideally working for different countries in Shared services
- Environment.
- Participation in transition of finance activities into a shared services environment will be an advantage
- Certified Accountant (registered in OTOC) will be an advantage
- Experience in Oracle Finance system will be an advantage
responsabilidades
- Prepare journal and load into Oracle
- Checking for completeness of the posting
- Analyse the accounts movements and propose period end adjustment entries
- Reconciliation of accounts on monthly basis
- Upload accounting figures into HFM consolidation tool
- Owner to open and close the period in Oracle
- Generate standard set of report, e.g. financial statement
- Generate additional requested reports
- Prepare reports for management
- Support the country local finance with Audit reports required
- Support tax filing for the country assigned
- Support the other team members with financial transitions into centre
- Assist in ad hoc reports and projects as required by Head of Regional Finance SSC or European Project
