Kelly is currently recruiting a Front Office Specialist, to integrate the front office team of a company in the Industrial Sector. This person will work with the French market so fluency in French will be mandatory. The company is in V.N. Gaia.Responsibilities:
* Give support to customers on the French market and guarantee the sales flow;
* Develop customer relationship and follow the customer sales;
* Identify potential new models and support the customers' requests.
* Manage the customer doubts and support the operation departments to guarantee the accomplishment of the customer needs.
Requirements:
* Degree in Languages, Business Relations, Tourism or similar;
* Experience in customer management and oriented for customer;
* Fluent in French;
* Negotiations and customer orientation skills;
* Good energy, proactivity and team worker;
* Experience in SAP or another ERP is preferable.
