We are hiring a finance/ accounting professional for a multinational client in the industrial sector.

O que terás de fazer

- This professional will be part of the Customers/Suppliers Team of the Company Shared Service Center in Portugal and will develop transversal tasks in terms of accounting and financial management;

- Providing support to the Accounting Department;

- Performing office tasks, such as filing, data entry, processing the mail, etc.;

- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone and email;

- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.;

- Preparing financial reports;

- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

O que precisas de garantir

- Higher Education in Finance, Accounting, Management or equivalent;

- Previous professional experience in administrative, financial, accounting or equivalent;

- Fluency in French;

- Fluency in English;

- Previous experience with MS Excel.
