We are a young growing innovation and real-estate investments company named “Live Abroad LDA”, based in Porto, but working in all continental Portugal.
We lead global investors, mainly from the Israeli market, through processes of Relocation, property investments, renovations and constructions.
We gather groups of investors and create creative projects with a young environment with global inspiration, bringing this knowledge and experience to Portugal.
As we are growing and expanding our services, we are looking for the ambitious one, who has the passion and the creativity in the real- estate world, that wants to grow with us and be an integral part of our team.
Job responsibilities:
Communication with international clients, leading them through different bureaucratic services
Presence in bureaucratic meetings and strategic team meetings
Managing professionals in the construction and the real-estate world
Managing bureaucracy such as- communication with the Camara municipal, water and electricity suppliers, communication companies, bank, post office, finance etc.
Managing schedules and working with specific deadlines
Finding solutions to different kind of problems that can appear
Research and investigation constantly of the real-estate market
Searching and analyzing properties and neighborhoods for investments
Scheduling appointments
Bringing price proposals for different matters
Buying supplies from different shops etc
Job requirements:
Fluent portuguese and english- must
Owner of a car- must
Knowledge in the real estate market- must
Local bureaucratic knowledge- must
Flexibility in working hours- must
Good verbal personal skills- must
Organising skills- must
The ability of working with schedules and specific deadline- must
Academic knowledge in architecture/ civil engineering- advantage
Knowledge in Excel, power point- advantage
Experience in sales- advantage
High motivation in pushing the company forward- must!
We are looking for a highly motivated one, who won’t accept “NO” as an answer, someone who is on time, organised, honest, communicative, and gets the job done!
we are not looking for the one who will work from 9-17.
we don’t mind if you will work afternoon, in the early morning or at night- as long as all the job is done, on time, with a specific deadline- with no excuses.
We are looking for the one who is thinking out of the box and can find creative solutions for different problems that may appear.
the work in a young environment, with flexible hours, and with the opportunity to grow with us to many interesting and creative projects to come.
we pay a Base salary plus bonuses
We work only with independents who have recibos verdes.
The job is immediate start and with a contract for 6 month with a possibility to prolong to a longer contract.
