Randstad Professionals is recruiting for internacional company, that acts in the area of software engineering, that creates websites, mobile apps and retail systems, and wants to reinforce its structure with a Facility manager (m/f).Our client's offices are extremely innovative and challenging, their aim is to bring comfort, and make the minds that work there even more creative, because these two factors are crucial for the development of people and the organization.
Competências:
The main requirements are the following:- Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, civil or similar;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar functions;
- Experience in contract management (HVAC, fire detection system, cleaning, ...);
- Good management of priorities;
- Ability to solve problems;
- Autonomy and proactivity;
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
- Fluency in English.
Principais responsabilidades
This role includes the following tasks:- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance contracts;
- Focus on continuous improvement;
- Manage the areas of HVAC Systems and Electrical Installations;
- Optimise the provision of contracted services;
- Ensure compliance with legislation and safety activities;
- Manage suppliers and safeguard the control of inherent invoicing, optimising services and costs.
