competências

  • -Previous experience as an Expenses Assistant or similar role
    -Good knowledge of electronic procedures
    -Excellent communication ability
    -Organisational and time-management skills
    -Fully proficient with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
    -BSc/BA in accounting or similar field is preferred
    -Language skills: English level C2



responsabilidades

The role is responsible for ensuring that expenses are processed in a timely and accurately manner for staff expense reimbursements.
-Ensure that all expenses are audited in line with the T&E policy
-Process and authorise expense reimbursement requests from employees according to policies and conditions
-Approve expenses for the payment run in system
-Provide electronic notification of processed expense reimbursements to staff
-Follow-up and resolve expenses issues, escalating where appropriate
-Audit, process and authorise expenses within the published SLAs
-Recommend changes in Expenses processes
-Train new employees in the Expenses department
