We are currently hiring an EPC Business Controller for a multinational company with a large activity scope.
O que terás de fazer
? Commercial proposals review, as support to Sales & Bid teams;
? New contracts financial setup;
? P&L and Cash Flow forward-looking analysis and process management;
? Preparation and deployment of new BL Controlling processes, procedures, and systems, with focus on digitalization and automation.
? Ensure compliance with proper governance and process requirements;
? Business risks monitor and mitigation, in a joint work with Internal Control;
? Projects financial follow-up and validation of estimated cost at completion, execution progress, contract margin, cash flow and revenue recognition (IFRS 15);
? Review and validation of global Business Line P&L;
? Conduct pricing, costing, profitability, and gap analysis at Business / Country / Project level;
? Backlog calculation and validation;
? Provisions & Impairments calculation and validation;
? Headcount evolution monitoring and time-allocation review.
? Top Management & BL Management Reporting of P&L and operations activity per Business Line/Country/Project;
? Internal Business reporting to Group Controlling & Consolidation team;
? Support to Geography Finance Manager regarding auditors’ inquiries;
? Implement business financial KPIs for strategic management steering and proper decisions follow-up;
? Development of new reports to be set in the ERP and reporting tools / dashboards to explored in Power BI;
? Implement and conduct business analytics.
? Organization and Coordination of EPC Business Line Controlling team.
O que precisas de garantir
? Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or finance;
? At least 7 years of experience in audit and/or business/ management/ project controlling;
? IT knowledge:
? highly skilled in advance function for MS Office;
? Advanced knowledge of ERP finance applications;
? Advanced knowledge of consolidation and reporting tool;
? knowledge of database (knowledge of automated dashboards is a plus);
? English proficiency (French is a plus);
? Ability to travel.

Requisitos
