Kelly Services is currently recruiting an e-commerce Support agent (m/f) to join an e-commerce company, situated in Trofa. The successful candidate must be fluent in German and English.The main purpose of this role is to provide professional and efficient support to our client's customers, assuring all the contractual agreements.Main duties and responsibilities include:- To respond to all client queries within given timescales, efficiently, effectively, and accurately;
- To develop and maintain a full knowledge of client processes and services;
- Responsible for maintaining and updating all data.Role Requirements:
- Native or fluency in German with English (written and spoken - mandatory);
- Experience in customer-facing environments (phone, chat, in-person, etc.);
- Demonstrates a passion for customer service, ownership of the customer experience and determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution;
