- Help customers from the Dutch consumer market with any questions they may have;
- Answer calls in Dutch and solve many different kinds of situations presented by Dutch customers;
- Use your communication skills to help Dutch customers have their best experience!
competências
- Dutch native or fluent speaker (mandatory);
- Good knowledge of English;
- High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
- Available to work full-time;
- Excellent customer care skills;
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manners;
- Fixed residence in Portugal and fiber optic internet connection are mandatory for remote positions.
