Our client is a multinational company that aims to expand its workforce by recruiting a Direct Sales ForceCompetências:
Competencies/Skills/ Experience Required:- Minimum 3 years previous experience in sales functions, managing, coaching, developing and motivating sales teams, especially within face to face distribution.
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- High level of proactivity, problem solving and strategic thinking
- Experience in insurance industry
- Fluent spoken and written English.
Principais responsabilidades
Provide all necessary direction, management and support to achieve the required & expected results in accordance with the Company’s standards.Recruit and develop sales people (Training, supervision and coaching)
Develop agents with potential to become team managers
Management of the business according to the standards of the agencies business channel
- Ensures as a minimum the attainment of production, manpower and quality, budgeted objectives.
