O que terás de fazer

As a DevOps Team Lead, you will lead a team of 3 talented DevOps, being responsible for innovating our local, hosted, and cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-on role but with a high degree of collaboration to raise the maturity levels of the Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines. 

- Lead and manage the DevOps team, which will include appraisals, 1-1 meetings, identifying, training needs, motivating, and performance managing the team;

- Develop and mentor team members to perform at their best;

- Take ownership of the infrastructure (local, hosted, and cloud);

- Design and architect solutions for our new initiatives, taking into account scalability, redundancy, and failover;

- Guarantee availability and security of the environment.

- Define and Improve tools and processes to enable seamless Continuous Integration;

- Keep up to date with the latest technologies and tools and drive consistent standards and approaches throughout the team.

O que precisas de garantir

- A Degree in Computer Science or equivalent;

- 5+ years experience in similar functions;

- Experience leading by example, so you are a senior-level DevOps with strong and successful technical lead experience;

- Experience in the following areas of expertise is valued:

? Server/service provisioning tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform).

? Linux Containers (e.g. Docker), container clustering (e.g. Kubernetes), and container management platforms (e.g. Rancher).

? Network and Firewall Management (e.g. iptables).

? Continuous integration services (e.g. GitLab CI).
