competências
Dutch native or fluent speaker (mandatory);Good knowledge of English;
High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
Available to work full-time and with rotating schedules;
Excellent customer care skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and telephone manner;
Fiber optic internet connection and an Ethernet Cable are mandatory.

Which return can you expect? Which added values will appeal to you?- Salary package: 1800€ gross/month (1600 base + 100 performance bonus + 100 language bonus)
- Meal allowance of 6€ net per working day (approx. 132,00€ net per month)
- Schedule from 08am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday

- Location: Porto on-site OR work from home
