We are looking for people with a passion for tourism and a multicultural attitude, to provide support for the english market.You'll be responsible to help those customers have the best possible travel experience, helping them with reservations and products.
You´ll be the link between the company and the customers, so your empathy and great communication skills will be the difference to carve a great relationship with our clients.
competências
English native or fluent speaker (mandatory, level C1 minimum);Available to work full-time;
Passion for working with tourism;
Excellent customer care skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and telephone manners;
principais benefícios
What we have to offer:- a salary package of €1032 (salary + meal allowance) * 14 months
- full time (8h daily/40 hours per week)
- rotational shifts from monday to sunday, from 8h to 19h.
- great office facilities, in a modern building in the city center of Porto (Francos subway station)
