responsabilidades chave
We are looking for people with a passion for tourism and a multicultural attitude, to provide support for the italian market, working remotely from home.You'll be responsible to help those customers have the best possible travel experience, helping them with reservations, touristic attractions, hotels and anything else related to tourism.
You´ll be the link between the company and the customers, so your empathy and great communication skills will be the difference to carve a great relationship with our clients.
competências
Italian native or fluent speaker (mandatory);English fluent speaker, advanced level;
High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
Available to work remotely full-time and with rotating schedules;
Passion for working with tourism;
Excellent customer care skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and telephone manners;
