We are looking for people with a passion for tourism and a multicultural attitude, to provide support for the italian market.You'll be responsible to help those customers have the best possible travel experience, helping them with reservations and products.
You´ll be the link between the company and the customers, so your empathy and great communication skills will be the difference to carve a great relationship with our clients.
competências
Italian native or fluent speaker (mandatory);English fluent speaker, advanced level;
Available to work full-time;
Passion for working with tourism;
Excellent customer care skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills and telephone manners;
Broadband fiber optic internet connection (mandatory).
Calm and noise-free environment for homeworking.

What we have to offer:- a salary package of €1132 (salary + meal allowance) * 14 months
