responsabilidades chave
You will help custormers, in German, to find the necessary information about the tasks they are looking for. You’ll have to question, listen and use your ability to help others to make an unforgettable customer experience for the German market;You'll find the best solution for each person, because the most important thing is that every customer has found a solution to their problem at the end of the day.
competências
You need to be fluent in German and with good English (eliminatory factor);Dexterity to work in different platforms;
Great communication skills
Fiber optic internet connection (mandatory).
Available to work full-time and with rotating schedules
