We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to boost the customer experience for one of the most relevant companies in the energy sector.
O que terás de fazer
- Develop, implement and manage tools to boost the customer experience and improve the customer care process;
- Manage and follow up on customer experience improvement projects;
- Develop own tools using Design Thinking methodology, to fix service issues;
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for the call center assistance that are easy to use and promote efficiency;
- Ensure that all customer care tools and processes are compliant with company policies and regulations.
O que precisas de garantir
- At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in customer service,continuous improvement, or a related field;
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering area);
- Proficient in the use of service tools such as chatbots, service front software, APIs, Powerapps, Speechtotext tools, IA, Outsystems, and other relevant tools;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
