- You'll assist the customer through several channels regarding his reservations;
- You'll provide information with regards to products/services available;
- You'll help them with reservations, touristic attractions, hotels and anything else related to tourism;
- You'll be the customers' best travel companion!
competências
- Dutch native or fluent speaker (mandatory);
- Good knowledge of English;
- High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
- Available to work full-time and with rotating schedules;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Fiber optic internet connection and an Ethernet Cable are mandatory.
