Randstad Human Resources is looking for a Customer Service Agent for a prestigious client in transports sector company in Vila Nova de Gaia.Competências:
- university degree;- french and english mandatory;
- strong client communication abilities and capacity to communicate;
- a self-starter who can demonstrate independence of thought and action;
- customer oriented skills;
- dynamic, highly motivated, rigorous, team player, hands-on, flexible with a helicopter view, cost-consciousness and persuasiveness;
- experience in transportation.
Principais responsabilidades
Customer Service Agent will be in charge with the following main tasks:- ensure that every customer receives the right support according to its needs;
- oversee and ensure conflict resolution either with carriers and/or customers;
- follow up the company processes and workflows in order to give full satisfaction to our customers;
- provide training to new customers and or suppliers;
- collaborate with the whole team with a continuous improvement approach;
- support the invoicing process of the company.
