Randstad Human Resources is looking for a Customer Service Agent (M/F) for a prestigious client in transports sector company in Vila Nova de Gaia.Competências:
Requirements:-University degree;
- French and English Mandatory;
- Strong client communication abilities and capacity to communicate.
- A self-starter who can demonstrate independence of thought and action;
-Customer oriented skills;
-Dynamic, highly motivated, rigorous, team player, hands-on, flexible with a helicopter view, cost-consciousness and persuasiveness.
-Experience in transportation.
Principais responsabilidades
Job Description:Customer Service Agent will be in charge with the following main tasks:
- Ensure that every customer receives the right support according to its needs;
- Oversee and ensure conflict resolution either with carriers and/or customers;
- Follow up the company processes and workflows in order to give full satisfaction to our customers;
- Provide training to new customers and or suppliers;
- Collaborate with the whole team with a continuous improvement approach;
- Support the invoicing process of the company.
