Randstad Professionals is hiring a professional with consolidated experience in the financial area, more specifically in Corporate Finance / M&A, for a reputable client based in Portoresponsabilidades chave
Direct support to Project Manager on ad hoc client related projects;Closely coordinate the work of a team of Analysts/Senior Analysts;
Provide ongoing training to Analysts/Senior Analysts;
Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high profile clients (primary liaison);
Handling day-to-day correspondence with clients and their representatives;
Generating client facing presentations and pitch-books, data analysis and financial modelling.
competências
Professional experience in the Financial Services with strong Corporate Finance and M&A expertise, namely as part of a Big4 Consultancy firm, Investment Bank or Private Equity firm;Advanced technical and analytical Finance & Strategy skills;
Fluency in English;
Undergraduate degree in a relevant subject (Finance, Business, Economics or similar);
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills;
Work and think clearly under pressure;
Self-motivation;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Flexible working approach.
