Randstad Professionals is specialized in the recruitment of middle and senior management profiles.Our client is a multinational with a diversified business portfolio in retail, financial services, technology, shopping malls and technologies. Due to its growth they are seeking to recruit a Compensation & Benefits Specialist (m/f) to porto area.
Competências:
Requirements:- University Degree (preferably in Economics or Management areas);
- Minimum of 2 years HRIS experience;
- 2/3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits area in a multinational company;
- Advanced MS Excel skills and SAP (mandatory) and Success Factors knowledge (preferential);
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, empathy to liaise with multidisciplinary stakeholders ;
-Able to analyze complex data and identify core issues, investigate, evaluate and propose conclusion /solutions;
-Fluency in English (mandatory).
Principais responsabilidades
Responsibilities:- Support the design, development, communication and management of compensation policies, procedures, and programs according to company strategy;
- Lead market benchmarking analysis to assess compensation trends and benefits practices for the different geographies;
- Support Talent Acquisition with compensation offers and benchmarking for new roles;
- Support job evaluations;
- Coordinate the Budget process with HRD and monitor its execution;
- Coordinate annual salary review process;
- Design, prepare and support the implementation of HR reporting tools, metrics, KPIs and analytics;
- Produce insightful reports and dashboards to support business decisions;
- Ensures the highest level of accuracy for data entered into HR systems;
- Participate in Compensation & Benefits and HRIS projects
- Promote the implementation of common practices, rules & procedures.
