For their operation in Porto, we are looking a Cloud Support technician for the My cloud Team (m/f) who can speak fluently French and English.
As a Cloud Support technician you will evaluate and manage customer claims, clients and service providers via telephone and email.
Your profile:
- Native or fluent in French with good knowledge of English (mandatory);
- Previous experience in a technical support
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Service-oriented;
- Excellent attention to detail.
Workload: 24/7
Local: Maia - Porto
