In the position of Clearance Operations Supervisor, you will support the Clearance Operations Manager by supervising a team of Clearance Brokers. You will help to maintain and improve clearance operational efficiency, cost and service levels.
O que terás de fazer
Supports manager by taking supervisory responsibility for day-to-day coordination of team actions. This includes initiating and performing actions needed to ensure that service levels are achieved, performance monitoring, team daily tasks management, performance and development discussions, employee and working time related administration etc;
Ensures that processes and procedures are completed promptly and consistently and that team activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements;
Cooperates with local country to assure operational alignmen;.
Ensures that the team correctly understand goals and service objectives, employees are treated consistently and fairly and are motivated;
Ensures that safe, secure, and operationally compliant working practices are adhered to during the shift.

Experience in managing a team in a busy office environment;
Ability to plan and manage own and teams work effectively with strong attention to detail;
Energetic and enthusiastic personality;
Good interpersonal and leadership skills;
Strong customer focus;
Ability to provide feedback, manage tasks and work with goals;
Problem solving skills and ability to work on process improvements;
Ability to work on different computer systems and programs including Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
Fluency in English: C1/C2 level and fluency in (other language skills required: (French, German, Italian or Spanish in level C1);
Experience or working knowledge of key clearance related principles, Import/Export processes and regulatory requirements will be an asset.
