- -BSc/BA degree
-Prior experience in a Billing environment
-Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders
-Ability to work unsupervised and deliver high quality work to tight deadlines
-Full proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
-Knowledge of ERP systems, processes and workflow technology
-SSC/GBS experience is an advantage
-English (essential)
responsabilidades
-This role will be responsible for raising invoices to customers along with any supporting business process to enable this. They will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely credit note management and for the monitoring of billing processes and relevant data.benefícios
