Our client is a multinational company in industrial area

Job description:
- Provide day-to-day support in administrative processes: Maintain existing databases with appropriate information and create required reports; credit control, order entry, order taking, debt collection, query (handling customer inquiries received via phone and e-mail), store settlement and commissions;
- Provide a professional level of support to the Back Office: solving customer complaints, issuing financial corrections, introducing prices in the system, managing Customer Master Data and Material Master Data;

Competências:

Requirements:

- 12th grade or university degree (preferred);
- English language advanced;
- Excellent communication skills French or Spanish or Dutch speaker;
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction;
- Attention to detail in written communication with customers;
- Ability to manage several tasks and projects at once;
- General working knowledge of MS Office;
- Experience in customer service and/or order management will be an asset;
